Odd. I have a tester who says she is being logged out after 5 minutes of inactivity though I have the logout set to 180. Any idea why this might be happening? Would it possibly have anything to do with IE8?
Either way I have set it to 1440 which is a full day so I'll see if this resolves the issue for her. |

DO you have the CRON running? Check the cron mailings part of the database to make sure they have all gone out.
Have they checked spam folders too? |

Hi David
The mail all managers part of the script is behaving oddly. Out of 55 managers only three are receiving the emails. Others have checked their junk mail and its not there. Any idea what might be happening? cheers Mickey |
